PERSONAL STATEMENT
I am always looking for ways to push myself on and off the field. Every day, I strive to be a better person, student and athlete by working harder than anyone else. Within the classroom, I focus on pushing myself in order to best prepare myself for the real world. It is important for me to apply the lessons I have learned, both on the field and in the classroom, and work to be as successful as possible in everything I do.

Describe Your Playing Style?: When playing the game of baseball, it is always important for me to play hard, smart baseball. I focus on being solid at first base, trying to help my teammates by making plays and helping my team win. At the plate, I look to attack the ball and have a smart approach when going up to hit. Overall, it is most important for me to focus on being a good leader and teammate, and contributing in any way possible to help my team win. Furthermore, its important for me to have fun while playing this great game.

Other activites and interests: My two brothers are Autistic and helping people with Autism is a huge priority for me. To this end, I am involved in several programs that help people with Autism, such as coaching children with Autism and fundraising for Autism Speaks.

Wth regard to sports, outside of playing baseball, I enjoy playing both basketball and golf. I play power forward on the varsity basketball team for Morristown-Beard. After baseball season, I play golf because it is very important for me to get away from the game for a little while, so that when I come back, I am fresh and ready to get back to the game I love.
Who's been the biggest influence on my sports career and why?: The biggest influence on my sports career have been my parents and my coaches Mike Dzurilla and Pete Zoccolillo.

My parents have always supported me through everything and are always willing to do whatever is necessary to help me be successful. I wouldn't be able to do what I do today without their love and constant support.

My coaches, Mike and Pete, have also been instrumental to my success, both on and off the field. They have worked with me over the past 6 years and transformed me from a raw player with potential, into an elite player. Their constant support and willingness to work with me is what has helped me to become the player I am at today.
About Me: I live in New Providence, NJ and have lived there all my life. I attend Morristown-Beard in Morristown, NJ and am currently in my sophomore year. I have two brothers, one older and one younger and two fantastic parents. Every day, I strive to become a better person, son, brother, friend and teammate.
