I am the Director of a youth basketball program with over 160 athletes, as well as the Head Varsity Basketball Coach at Sage Creek HS in Carlsbad, Ca.

I have had the pleasure of coaching and having Xavier Allison as a member of my basketball team for the 2015-2016 basketball season. During Xavier's junior season, he was voted Team Captain by his peers and our team’s Most Valuable Player. He also led our team to the Semifinals of CIF. Xavier knows what it takes to lead others and be a Champion.

Xavier is very competitive and hard working both on the court and in the classroom - the consummate student-athlete. Xavier possesses great character, always remaining consistent with how he conducted himself no matter whether things were going well for him or he was going through some struggles. Xavier consistently worked hard, was a tremendous team player, and always very determined to be the best student-athlete he could become. He truly had the respect from all of his teammates, teachers, and coaches.

There is no doubt in my mind that he will be an excellent student-athlete on your campus. Xavier has a great feel for the game, plays at a high level, and is a winner. More importantly, he will be an effective leader and student. His passion for the game and school is second to none. He has always been liked by his coaches and peers and has represented himself and our school in a positive manner.
