PERSONAL STATEMENT
I enjoy being a student athlete and an active participant at my school. Playing sport has been a major part of my life. But baseball has always been the cornerstone of my personal development as it has taught me many life lessons such as integrity, respect and team work. My goal is to keep playing baseball for as long as I possibly can. My dream is to turn my love of sports into a career in sports medicine or sports therapy.

| Recommendation: | Adam Juarez is a 5’11- 180- pound corner outfielder and the first thing that stands out with him is power. He is freakishly strong and generates tremendous pop and has quick wrists. He shows power to all fields and has shown impressive long ball power to centerfield. He really anticipates the fastball and will make the pitcher pay if he leaves it up in the zone. Adam does need to improve pitch recognition with off-speed but I believe that will come with more time and at bats into the college level. Juarez is above average runner with a solid arm and understands the game well. He runs the bases well and can fill multiple rolls on a team including starter outfielder, pinch hitter with power and a good pinch runner. Besides the tangible baseball tools he is a great teammate and possesses tremendous work ethic. He is loved by his peers and works very hard and is very dedicated to doing anything he can for the betterment of the team. He is extremely coachable and keeps control of his emotions and carries himself equally well on and off the field. Adam has been a pleasure to have in my program this being his 4th year and will be missed. I can say without a doubt Juarez would be a great asset to a college program.
