Chad Hadlock is originally from Corning, New York, where he grew up playing football, basketball, baseball, and lacrosse competitively. He attended the United States Military Academy at West Point, and played four years on varsity under legendary coach Jack Emmer. During his four seasons at Army, Chad became just the 16th member of the 100-point club for career scoring in program history and was a multiple time All-Patriot League selection at attack.
After graduation, Chad served over 6 years as an aviation officer in the United States Army, where he taught tactics, leadership, and trained survival skills for the branch's newest officers. As an entrepreneur, consultant, and frequent business traveller, he was away from the people and the game he loved for a few years, so he moved to San Diego in 2012, then Tampa in 2017, and has enjoyed every day since.
Chad currently coaches at Berkeley Preparatory School in Tampa, as well as various camps, clinics, events, and club programs around the country. He is motivated by the potential of focused and dedicated young student-athletes. Chad is passionate about helping families and enjoys making a positive impact in their lives.
