Selection & Skill Level
We are in active communication with hundreds of NCAA, NAIA, and JC college coaches each month. We scout, advise, and advocate for a select group of qualified college prospects that range from mid to high-level NCAA DI and D2, to high academic D3 level, to smaller NAIA, and Junior College prospects. Our proven process includes three primary steps as follows:

Prospect Evaluation
We personally evaluate each college prospect's academic standing, baseball measurables, scouting report, skills video, and family’s college goals/expectations. We have a responsibility to college coaches, to be honest.
Personalized Recruiting Plan
We take a personalized approach to give the select qualified players and families we advise a competitive edge in the recruiting process to help maximize recruiting offers and make the best all-around college decision.
College Coach Outreach
We create individual player scouting reports and contact college coaches personally to help our student-athletes maximize their college recruiting offers and opportunities.
